Allianz has been impacted by a major outage at a services provider, causing limited phone connectivity at our key service centres.
With phone coverage largely unavailable, customers can expect significant delays while services are restored. Allianz requests that customers delay calling us unless the matter is urgent. As usual, any insurance claims can be lodged online at Allianz.com.au/claims.
For our business partners, it will not be possible until the outage is rectified for Allianz and Club Marine staff in the affected States to be contacted on their direct landline numbers or by email. Mobile phones are unaffected, so partners can still call their Allianz and Club Marine contacts on their mobile phone.
