1. Opt-in

Request plan management at your NDIS plan review meeting.

2. Sign up

Sign up using our online form and one of our dedicated plan managers will be in touch within two business days.

3. Log in

Log in to our online portal to start tracking your NDIS spending.

Explains what a service agreement is and lists the services you’ll receive from us.
Sets out how we collect, store, use, and disclose personal information.
This form gives us permission to share and disclose participant information with a nominated party.
Every NDIS participant is eligible and can request to have plan management funding included in their plan.

If you don’t have plan management in your current plan, you can request that it be included at your NDIS plan review meeting or ask for an early plan review to request adding plan management.

If your plan is currently managed by the NDIS (i.e. Agency) or you have a self-managed arrangement, you’ll need to opt in for a plan manager.

There is no cost to you. Once you opt in for a plan manager, the NDIS will include plan management funding in your plan.

If you already have an NDIS plan manager, we can take over that arrangement at any time during your plan.

If you wish to change your NDIS plan management to us, you’ll need to notify your current plan manager of your decision and agree to an end date. They’ll provide you with information about your plan and provide support for the transition.
