Allianz is hosting sessions with the ICA for storm impacted customers

For customers affected by Tropical Cyclone Jasper or the Christmas and New Year storms in South-East QLD, the Insurance Council of Australia and insurers are hosting in-person consultations from 11 to 20 June 2024. Our Allianz Disaster and Recovery Team will be on the ground, ready to help you by answering questions about your claim. To learn more and book your appointment, visit the Insurance Council website.

We may then authorise repairs, pay you reasonable repair costs or the car’s agreed value or replace your new car where policy conditions are met.

  5. If we believe that it is necessary for your claim to be assessed by a Loss ‎Adjuster we will appoint one of our preferred Loss Adjusters, who will be in ‎contact promptly to arrange a convenient time to visit you.
