Allianz is pleased to have seven finalists in the 2015 WorkSafe Victoria Agent Awards.

The annual WorkSafe Victoria Agent Awards recognise agent employees who have made an outstanding contribution to the workers compensation industry in Victoria.

WorkSafe Victoria plays the lead role in the promotion and enforcement of health and safety in Victorian workplaces and its awards are considered the most prestigious workplace safety awards in Victoria.

The WorkSafe Victoria finalist panel selected Allianz as finalists in the following categories; Excellence in Personal Injury Management, Excellence in Return to Work, Excellence in Customer Service, Excellence in Innovation, Outstanding New Starter and Outstanding Contribution by a Team.

Commenting on the nominations, General Manager of Allianz’s Victorian Workers Compensation Group, Norm Cockerell said, “Allianz is thrilled to be finalists for seven WorkSafe awards. Our employees work tirelessly to provide injured workers with the best possible support every day, and this is tremendous recognition of that effort.

“These nominations are particularly impressive given these awards are held in such high regard. Our employees work incredibly hard to deliver outstanding service and to be recognised across a number of fields is fantastic,” he said.
“I am proud of all the finalists and delighted their hard work is being recognised, I wish them the best of luck,” Mr Cockerell said.

Winners for the 10th annual awards will be announced at a Gala Awards dinner on Thursday 8th October 2015, during WorkSafe’s Health and Safety Week.
