Did you know?
Once you’ve checked out of your hotel, if you’ve left something behind and you’re unable to retrieve it, cover may be excluded under your travel insurance.
Or that if your belongings or luggage are left in a public place and you don’t take reasonable care to safeguard them, they won’t be covered.
You also may not be able to claim for sports equipment that’s damaged while you’re using it.
Items of higher value which have been placed in your check-in luggage won’t be covered either. It’s safer to pack any valuable items in your carry-on luggage and always keep them with you.
