All new Allianz life insurance customers who purchase a new life insurance policy online or over the phone between 15 January 2026 and 26 March 2026 are eligible if you continue to have a current policy for 3 months (and we have received 3 month’s worth of premiums). T&Cs apply.
If you are an existing Allianz life insurance customer, you are not eligible for a gift card.
You can only claim one gift card per eligible customer.
Your gift card will be in the form of a digital card, sent via email within 4-5 months after your Allianz Life Plan policy start date.

Terms & Conditions
- Information on how to claim and the Offer (defined below) form part of these “Terms and Conditions”. Participation in the Offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
- The Offer is available from 12:00am AEST/AEDT 15 January 2026 to 11:59pm AEST/AEDT on 26 March 2026 (“Offer Period”).
- Allianz Life Plan insurance policies are issued by Allianz Australia Life Insurance Limited (Allianz, ABN 27 076 033 782, AFSL 296559, “Issuer”).
- The Offer is for one (1) $150 Activ Visa prepaid eGift card issued by Digital Glue Australia Pty Ltd (“DGAL”) ABN 36 127 466 899, a fully owned subsidiary of Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 (“Offer”).
- To be eligible for the Offer:
- an individual must purchase a new Eligible Policy (defined below) through the Issuer during the Offer Period and provide a valid email address and phone number; and
- the Issuer must receive full payment of the annual Eligible Policy premium or the first three (3) instalments of premium, if paying by the month; and
- the start date of the Eligible Policy must occur during the Offer Period; and
- the Eligible Policy must not be lapsed or cancelled at the time the Offers are distributed, which will be within 4 to 5 months from the start date of the Eligible Policy; and
- policy holders must be Permanent Residents of Australia, aged 16 years or over (“Eligible Customer”). For the purpose of this Offer, Permanent Residents of Australia are Australian Citizens or New Zealand Citizens or holders of Australian Permanent Residency Visa who are currently permanently residing within Australia.
- This Offer is available to new Eligible Policies only. It is not available for existing policies, including the variations of an existing policy.
- For the purposes of this Offer, an “Eligible Policy” is a new Allianz Life Plan insurance policy.
- For clarity, any form of general insurance, including but not limited to ‘Car’ insurance policies of any kind, ‘CTP’ insurance policies of any kind, ‘Home’ insurance policies of any kind, ‘Business’ insurance policies of any kind, ‘Travel’ insurance policies of any kind and ‘Leisure’ insurance policies of any kind are excluded from this Offer. The Offer relates solely to the purchase of an Allianz Life Insurance product.
- If an Eligible Policy has two (2) policy owners, only the first policy owner named on the Eligible Policy schedule will qualify for the Offer.
- The name and email address of the Eligible Customer accepting the Offer will be supplied to DGAL to enable sending of the Offer. If you are an Eligible Customer and do not wish to take up the Offer, please advise the Issuer by phone at 13 1000.
- A redemption code for the Offer will be sent on behalf of the Issuer by DGAL to the valid email address provided by the Eligible Customer within 4 to 5 months from the start date of the Eligible Policy. The Eligible Customer must use the redemption code to activate the Offer within sixty (60) days of the date the redemption code was issued. The eligible Customer is responsible for redeeming the Offer before the expiry date for activation. Once expired, the code cannot be redeemed or re-issued. On redemption, the Activ Visa prepaid eGift card comprising the Offer is valid for three years.
- The Activ Visa prepaid eGift card will be subject to the terms and conditions which will be found here https://activgiftcard.com.au/terms/. The Activ Visa prepaid eGift card is issued by Heritage and People’s Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network Australia Pty. Ltd. ACN 123 251 703 is Heritage’s program manager for the Card.
- The Offer is not refundable or redeemable for cash and expired Offers cannot be extended or replaced. Redemption of the Offer is managed by DGAL . Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Offers are not included. Any unused balance of the Offer will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Offer is subject to any terms and conditions of the Issuer including those specified on the Offer.
- The Issuer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the identity and eligibility of each Eligible Customer, and reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any person who the Issuer has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of this Offer (“Inappropriate Conduct”). Failure by the Issuer to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Issuer's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from a person who has engaged in Inappropriate Conduct are reserved.
- If there is a dispute, the Issuer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make a reasonable determination. The Eligible Customer has the right to access the Issuer’s complaints process details of which can be found at https://www.allianz.com.au/contact-us/dispute-resolution.html.
- Eligible Customers will be notified by DGAL using the email address as provided by the Eligible Customer.
- If there is incomplete information (including where an email address provided is invalid) the Eligible Policy will not be eligible for the Offer.
- If an Eligible Customer does not redeem an Offer within sixty (60) days of the date the redemption code it was issued, then the Offer will be forfeited.
- If any Offer is unavailable, the Issuer, in its reasonable discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Offer with an Offer to the equal value and/or specification.
- Offers, or any unused portion of an Offer, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
- If this Offer is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to reasons beyond the control of the Issuer, including , but not limited to, where the system becomes unavailable, the Issuer reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Offer, as appropriate in the circumstances.
- Liability for any tax arising out of participation in this promotion (including acceptance of the Offer) is the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer . Eligible Customers should seek their own independent financial advice in this regard.
- The Issuer collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to DGAL, the Applicable Retailer, agents, contractors, service providers, Offer suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. The Offer is conditional on the Eligible Customer providing this PI. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Issuer’s Privacy Policy, the Issuer may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for the purpose of conducting this Offer, promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes and sending electronic messages, offers and information to each Eligible Customer.
- For further details about how the Issuer handles PI and details about how Eligible Customers can request access and correction of their information or complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles, please see the Issuer’s Privacy Policy which is available at https://www.allianz.com.au/privacy-policy.html. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Eligible Customers may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Eligible Customers may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Issuer (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Issuer’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim for the Offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Issuer ) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Issuer ; (d) any variation in Offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a Eligible Customers; or (f) use of an Offer.
- An Eligible Customer should carefully consider whether to take out an Eligible Policy independently of the Offer.
