Allianz Pride is committed to furthering the awareness of LGBTQ+ issues in the workplace, supporting the professional development of LGBTQ+ employees and strengthening the participation and engagement of allies.
Some of our objectives include:
- Drive organisational initiatives that maximise the support and development of LGBTQ+ employees.
- Share knowledge and raise awareness of issues focused on developing a more inclusive work environment for LGBTQ+ employees.
- Act as a support network for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies.
- Run events and networking opportunities for LGBTQ+ employees and allies.
- Share best practice and learnings from other employee network groups.
Allianz is a recognised employer in LGBTQ+ inclusion achieving Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI). Silver status in 2022 and previously Bronze status in 2021 and 2020.
