How can Genie help you?

Genie is a workers compensation information application that you can access anytime from your smartphone. You can ask Genie questions by speaking or typing.

Try asking Genie something like: Who is my case manager? What is a certificate of capacity? Will my treatment be covered? Or, when can I return to work?

How do I log into Genie?

You will need your claim number and first name to log in to Genie. Your username is your claim number, and your password is the last four digits of your claim number and your first name with a capital letter. For example:

Username: 123456789001
Password: 9001Cathy

Please note: Any hyphens or symbols in your name will need to be removed. For example; if your name is Anne-Marie, your password would be 9001Annemarie

What if Genie can’t answer my question?

We are here to help you. Genie is in a trial phase so some information may not be sufficient to answer all of your questions. If Genie is not able to help you, simply type or ask Genie to ‘contact my case manager’ and Genie will provide you with their contact details.

We aim to respond to you within 24 hours if contacted by phone and 48 hours if contacted by email. If your query is about the Genie app you can send an email to genie@allianz.com.au

How can I provide feedback on Genie?

We love to get feedback. We want to know what you like, problems you find and what you think could be improved. You can provide feedback at any time in Genie's 'Give Feedback' page in the settings tab or email genie@allianz.com.au .

During the course of the trial you may receive a short survey about your experience. We appreciate you taking the time to complete it. Your feedback helps us to improve Genie and make things easier for you.

Disclaimers

Any maintenance issues that are reported to genie@allianz.com.au will aim to be resolved within three days of receipt of the notification. This mailbox is monitored during the business hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Communication from the Genie app is monitored from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. If you are seriously ill or injured and require urgent attention, call triple zero (000) for an ambulance or go to the emergency department of your local hospital.

Any communication from the Genie app will be responded to within the standard time frames. We aim to reply to you within 24 hours if contacted by phone and within 48 hours if contacted by email.
