Allianz Life Plan - Bonus 6-month magazine subscription promotion (“Promotion”)

Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Customers not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
  2. The Promotion commences at 12.00 am AEST on 17 October 2010 and closes at 11.59 pm AEST on 31 December 2010 (“Promotion Period”). The Promoter is Allianz Australia Life Insurance Ltd ABN 27 076 033 782 AFS Licence No. 296559, (“Promoter”) of Level 13, 2 Market Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.
  3. Participation in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who during the Promotion Period purchase an Allianz Life Plan policy from the Promoter. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating agents and their agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each claim. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the claim process. Further, any contact details provided incorrectly over the internet or telephone may be deemed by the Promoter as an invalid claim.
  4. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must, during the Promotion Period, obtain a quote and purchase a new Allianz Life Plan policy from either the Promoter’s website at in order for the promotional code “TVoffer” to be displayed on the quote page and registered for the purchase, or by calling 1300 132 357. Entry into the Promotion is dependent upon receipt in full of the annual premium for the Allianz Life Plan policy during the Promotion Period or receipt of the first month’s premium if paying by the month. For the claim to be valid, the Allianz Life Plan policy must not be lapsed or cancelled at the time the subscription is issued. Only one (1) claim per new Allianz Life Plan policy.
  5. Each eligible customer who purchases a new Allianz Life Plan policy from the Promoter in accordance with Clause 4 will be awarded one (1) six (6) month magazine subscription of his/her choice from the following titles:

    2. Australian Gourmet Traveller valued at $52.50 RRP
    3. Australian House & Garden valued at $41.70 RRP
    4. Good Health valued at $41.70 RRP

  6. Bonus gifts and tip-ons that may be available with retail copies may not be provided with subscriber copies. This offer for the participating titles in the Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other subscription offer/promotion for this title. Existing subscribers to any of these publications will have the bonus period added on at the end of the existing subscription term. ACP Magazines will send a letter of notification prior to the customer’s bonus subscription period ending.
  7. Only one (1) Subscription will be awarded per Allianz Life Plan policy. If an insurance policy has two (2) or more policy holders, the policy holder that is recorded as establishing the insurance policy will be awarded the Subscription for that insurance policy ('Recipient'). If there are two (2) or more policy holders recorded as establishing the insurance policy, the first policy holder named on the policy schedule will be awarded the Subscription ('Recipient').
  8. The Subscription is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a Subscription or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the relevant recipient of the Subscription (“Recipient”) is liable for payment of such tax. Please allow:
    1. up to 4 weeks from the purchase of the Allianz Life Plan Policy for the notification of the Recipient's unique Subscription redemption code to the Recipient's email address or postal address as provided at the time of purchase.
    2. up to 6-8 weeks from the Recipient redeeming the Subscription for the delivery of the first issue of the selected magazine to the Recipient’s address within Australia as provided by the Recipient to ACP Magazines at the time of the Recipient redeeming the Subscription.
    The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. In the event that existing stock of the Subscription runs out, fulfilment may take longer than six (6) weeks whilst stock is replenished.
  9. By participating in this Promotion, unless otherwise advised by the customer, each customer consents to the retention and use of his/her information by the Promoter. For details about who we are, how we may use your information and what your rights are under the privacy laws, please see our Privacy Policy, which is available from Allianz at Uses may include future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, or distribution of marketing materials for goods or services in the insurance industry from the Promoter or from companies in the insurance industry in which the Promoter holds shares.
