How can you help your customers prepare for extreme weather?

Customers can ready themselves to face catastrophic (CAT) events by taking pre-emptive steps to protect their family and prepare their homes and businesses before a CAT event occurs. It’s important customers also review their insurance and make sure they have appropriate coverage protection for their situation.

We’re committed to ensuring everyone is prepared to face catastrophic (CAT) weather events, and we have created a set of resources for you to share with your customers to help prepare them to face each of these four major CAT events.

Please note that a 72-hour waiting period may apply to cyclone, flood, flood combined with run-off and/or rainwater, grassfire or bushfire claims.
