The annual Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Australia Award has surveyed thousands of Australians for 24 years. The survey captures opinions across more than 70 categories to reveal the brands whose products and services are important to consumers.
When building trust with customers, the Reader’s Digest commissioned survey says it’s all about cost, quality, and desirability. The 2023 survey results reflected a customer appetite for building trust through interactions with brands post-pandemic. It also highlighted a focus on what brands are doing to help alleviate the pressures Australian consumers are facing with the current cost of living.
