Adelaide: Local Allianz employees are working to help customers with their claims following the strong storm that swept through Adelaide and surrounding regions this week, which resulted in a state-wide power outage.
Allianz’s General Manager for Claims, Lori Callahan, said that while the storm has had a far reaching impact, the Allianz team is available and well prepared to support customer enquiries and claim lodgements.
“Allianz employees across the country offered to come into work earlier than usual to help respond to the South Australian community’s call for help.”
“In addition to this, Allianz’s loss adjusters have local teams ready to support customers on the ground in affected areas,” she said.
“We will continue to monitor the impact of the storm and help our customers during their time of need. Residents and businesses are reminded to always use caution during and after a weather event. For life-threatening emergencies they should call 000 and for assistance with storm damage they can contact the State Emergency Service on 1325 000,” Ms Callahan said.
