The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) was created to support a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians who have a permanent disability.

If you are an NDIS participant, you can choose to have your plan managed by a plan manager, such as Allianz. We’ll help you manage your NDIS budget, making sure funds are spent in line with your NDIS plan and NDIS requirements.

If you choose us as your NDIS plan manager, you’ll receive:

    All plan manager fees are covered by the NDIS.

    We give you access to an easy-to-use online portal so you can manage your NDIS budget and have full visibility over your spend.

    We aim to make your transition to Allianz simple, avoiding payment delays and making sure invoices are paid on time.

    Provide regular electronic financial updates to support you in utilising all your approved funding.

Log in to our participant self-service portal to securely manage your NDIS plan.
Every NDIS participant is eligible and can request to have plan management funding included in their plan.
If you don’t have plan management in your current plan, you can request that it be included at your NDIS plan review meeting or ask for an early plan review to request adding plan management.
There is no cost to you. Once you opt in for a plan manager, the NDIS will include plan management funding in your plan.

If you already have an NDIS plan manager, we can take over that arrangement at any time during your plan.

If you wish to change your NDIS plan management to us, you’ll need to notify your current plan manager of your decision and agree to an end date. They will provide you with information about your plan and provide support for the transition. For example, pay invoices to the end date.

No. If you choose us as your NDIS plan manager, we’ll contact the NDIS on your behalf to let them know that we’re now managing your plan.

If your plan is currently managed by the NDIS (i.e. Agency) or you have a self-managed arrangement, you’ll need to opt in for a plan manager.

At your planning meeting with the NDIS, you can inform the NDIS planner or local area coordinator (LAC) that you would like a plan manager to support you in managing the plan. The NDIS will include funding in your plan to pay for your plan manager. This is separate from your other services and supports in your budget. If you have funding for a plan manager approved, you can opt in for Allianz plan management services.
