If a worker has been injured in your workplace, you can make a workers' compensation claim online 24/7 using icare’s Claim Management System.
Notify us of a claim
Notify us within 48 hours of an injury, otherwise a claim’s excess may apply. You can notify us by phone or email.
Manage a policy
icare manages all Workers’ Insurance policies, including new policies. Contact icare for all policy enquiries.
Obtain proof of insurance
A Certificate of Currency confirms key details about your cover and verifies you have a current workers' compensation insurance policy.
