Investing in care and innovation to support our partners
Last updated on 11 December 2025
Danielle Moussa: Today I'm with Christie, our head of partnerships for New South Wales.
Christie, you've been in your role now for six months.
Can you tell me some of your reflections, and things you're most proud of at the partnerships business?
Christie Paton: Well, firstly, I'm just super excited to be here.
I'm really loving the journey here at Allianz, but I think one thing on reflection that really stands out strongly for me is just the unwavering commitment and support of care that just travels through the DNA of this organisation, from the top through to our partnership managers on the ground through to when we're delivering care and service to those customers in a time of vulnerability and need. It makes me truly proud to be here.
Danielle Moussa: Yeah, I've certainly felt that since joining as well, Christie.
Um, so, so 2025 has some great initiatives rolled out.
Can you tell us a little bit more about those that have helped our partners this year?
Christie Paton: Absolutely. There's been a significant amount of initiative work that's been undertaken in 2025, but in particular in the investment in our technology for our partnerships. On reflection, there's been a price estimate integration tool that we've rolled out across multi distribution channels whereby we've seen significant success and uptake of our quoting experience through to bind.
What is really important about this initiative is just the simplicity for our partners and their, their employees as they're utilising our service and products to provide the appropriate support to their customer in front of them in, um, in real time.
And, and secondly, I talk about, um, our hero price initiative that's being focused particularly in our Automotive Industry, whereby we've really listened to the feedback coming out of our Automotive Partnerships and we've developed and delivered a product and service that's been appropriate to that need in the market.
And we've seen significant success and continued momentum in terms of, um, providing that evolution of product and sustainability for the portfolio.
Danielle Moussa: Some great initiatives there, Christie.
