Caring for customers, innovating for our partners  – reflecting on 2025 at Allianz

Hear from Dan Tully, General Manager – Consumer Partners, as he shares this update with our Financial Institution partners  about key achievements from Allianz Australia in 2025.

Hi, I'm Dan Tully, General Manager, Consumer Partners at Allianz Australia.

As we reflect on the last 12 months, I'm proud of the support we've provided for your customers and the innovations we've made.

We introduced Australia to our new brand promise this year, Care You Can Count On.

This promise reflects our commitment to be there for our customers at crucial moments and celebrates the trust they place in us.

Already in 2025, for customers from financial institutions, our Allianz has received over 23,000 domestic motor claims and over 51,000 home insurance claims.

In response, we've paid over $135 million to impacted domestic motor customers and another $586 million to impacted home insurance customers.

This year, we've strengthened our partnerships through a number of new ventures.

We're now offering more customers across Australia access to our Allianz insurance products through our partnerships across the industry.

We're moving full steam ahead with our Transformation program.

A key component of our Transformation is Business Master Platform or BMP.

Our BMP is designed to simplify processes, providing a more reliable and scalable way to collaborate with us.

By embedding compliance by design, we're ensuring you can focus on growing your business with confidence.

We're able to do this at scale with the power of our global brand.

In fact, our brand was just recognised as the number one insurance brand in the world for the 7th year in a row.

But we're not going to rest there.

We're committed to continuing to drive innovation and delivering the care that provides comfort for your customers.
