Care, innovation and partnership - reflecting on 2025 at Allianz

Hi, I'm Dan Tully, General Manager, Consumer Partners at Allianz Australia.
As we reflect on the last 12 months, I'm proud to share the strides we've made in enhancing our partnerships within the automotive industry.
We introduced Australia to our new brand promise this year, Care You Can Count On.
This promise reflects our commitment to be there for our customers at crucial moments and celebrates the trust they place in us.
So far in 2025, Allianz has received over 28,000 domestic motor claims from customers of our automotive partners.
From those claims, we've paid a total of over $219 million to impacted customers.
This year, we've launched exciting new ventures with a number of partners, enabling them to offer their own branded insurance underwritten by Allianz.
We've also spent time listening to your feedback on pricing.
We launched our Hero pricing model this year and we've heard great feedback from you about the value we're offering your customers for insurance on a range of popular vehicles.
We're moving full steam ahead with our Transformation program, including our Business Master Platform or BMP.
The BMP will streamline processes and make it simpler and more reliable for you to work with us.
We're able to do this at scale through the power of our global brand.
In fact, our brand was just recognised as the number one insurance brand in the world for the 7th year in a row.
But we're not going to rest there.
We're committed to continuing to drive innovation and delivering care that provides comfort for our customers.
