Allianz has done a fantastic job of adapting its people and culture to the internal and external changes in the insurance sector. I see this new role as a great opportunity to continue to evolve Allianz’s culture and drive a forward-thinking people agenda. I’m very excited to now be a part of the next phase of Allianz’s growth.”

Vicky will replace Allianz’s current Chief Human Resources Officer, Tim Dawson, who, after 25 years with the company, has announced his intention to retire.
