Allianz Australia is proud to announce it has been awarded three 2025 Canstar Outstanding Value Awards for its Home and Contents Insurance policies.
Allianz received an Outstanding Value Award for Home Insurance in NSW, as well as Outstanding Value Awards for Home Insurance (National) and Home and Contents Insurance (National), for the second consecutive year.
These awards recognise insurers who consistently deliver exceptional value by balancing competitive premiums with comprehensive cover. Canstar’s rigorous methodology assesses policy features and price points to identify products that provide Australians with the best mix of affordability and protection.
Shez Ford, Chief General Manager Consumer has said, "We’re delighted to have received outstanding value awards for our Home Insurance (NSW), and for the second year in a row, our Home Insurance and Home and Contents Insurance (nationwide). Receiving these awards following independent, external review, validates our ongoing commitment to providing greater value, flexibility and choice for our customers, and meeting their diverse needs.”
In Canstar’s 2025 Home & Contents Insurance Review, Allianz was recognised for its competitively priced policies relative to the market, and for offering customers a variety of ways to customise their policy, including the option to pay monthly at no extra cost and optional cover add-ons for accidental damage, motor burnout and portable contents.
Canstar’s Group Manager, Research, Ratings & Product Data, Josh Sale, said, “Canstar’s latest research into home and contents insurance has seen Allianz awarded both the Outstanding Value Award for Home Insurance and the Outstanding Value Award for Home and Contents Insurance.”
“In addition, Allianz has been recognised in the highly competitive NSW market with the State Award for Home Insurance, praised for offering comprehensive protection across a wide range of risks while maintaining highly competitive premiums.”
