Allianz Australia is proud to announce it has been recognised in the Hatch Hotlist 2025, which showcases the companies where young Australians most want to work.
The Hatch Hotlist gauges employer appeal among young Australians, highlighting the top 20 Australian companies that successfully attract, engage and retain the next generation of talent. Allianz was the only insurer to be named on the list.
Anna Stavropoulos, Chief People and Culture Officer, said: “At Allianz Australia, we believe our strength lies in our people. We’re dedicated to providing clear career pathways, fostering growth, and supporting our teams to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
“Being recognised by the next generation of talent is a testament to our culture and our commitment to making a positive impact in the community. Thank you to our people for making Allianz a place where innovation, growth, and care come together to benefit our customers.”
The Hatch Hotlist is an annual survey of nearly 2000 Gen Z and Millennial workers that delves into which companies they most want to work for and why, their preferences for work arrangements, carrier priorities and views on AI and side hustles. View the full list of companies.
