Allianz and Strata Community Insurance extend specialist strata partnership

Allianz Australia Insurance Limited and Strata Community Insurance have signed a renewed long-term agreement, securing their partnership for a further minimum of ten years and reinforcing a combined commitment to specialist strata insurance for Australian communities.

The renewed distribution agreement extends a relationship first established in 2014 and continues for a further 10 years minimum (2036) providing long-term certainty for the owners corporations, strata managers and brokers who rely on this exclusive relationship for their insurance protection.

The agreement brings together the world’s number one insurance brand¹with Australia’s largest privately owned strata insurance specialist, pairing global scale with a singular focus on strata communities.

This arrangement consolidates Allianz’s strata insurance offering under a single specialist distribution arrangement reinforcing the partnership philosophy.
