Extreme weather support

We’re here and ready to support you
Whether you want to cover what you care about or need help making a claim, we’re here and ready to support you. We have over 100 years’ experience helping our customers get back on their feet after extreme weather events.

It’s important you know what you’re covered for. That your insurance is up to date, your premiums are paid, and the sum for which you’re insured covers the replacement value of your property and belongings you’d like to insure.

If you have an existing insurance policy with us, make sure you read your Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) to learn more about your cover. You also need to refer to your Certificate of Insurance to check your level of cover and any optional covers you have. Also, remember to take photos of insured assets and update your records.

When an extreme weather event occurs, your family’s safety comes first. Contact 000 in any emergency, or your local state emergency service.
