You need to provide your most up to date University results in the form of an Academic Transcript or University issued proof of results (for example screen shot of online university portal), a covering letter outlining your suitability to the role and your resume. Please note, applications without proof of University results will not be included in the selection process.

We seek individuals who are driven, passionate and intelligent. We place a lot of value on extracurricular activities, volunteering or community involvement, and work experience. What are we ultimately looking for? We want someone with balance and strong leadership skills.
We will provide you plenty of support and training in order to succeed at Allianz. You will start by having a formal Graduate induction program where you will learn about Allianz Australia, the insurance industry and also attend your first professional development workshop.


Over the two years you will have the opportunity to receive Technical training such as product training, e-learning etc, attend divisional learning sessions and take part in professional skills workshops such as presentation skills and project management skills.

Throughout the two years you will receive on-going feedback and coaching from your Sponsor, Manager and our Talent Management team.

In communities where there is a significant client base that prefers to conduct business in other than the official languages, being fluent in these languages is an advantage. If you are fluent in more than one language, please highlight this in your application.

Allianz is involved in the community to support charities such as RSPCA, Starlight, Cancer Council, Earth Hour and many others. All employees are provided one day's leave per year to volunteer their time and 'give back' to the community. You can also join Allianz Charity Outreach team to promote events and volunteering opportunities for each charity to ensure we make a difference in the community.
You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or hold Australian Permanent Residency at the time of your application to be eligible for our program.
Allianz provides study assistance to complete industry qualifications. Other external training or qualifications must be pre-approved by management prior to registration.
