The TMF Allianz Risk Management Services' vision is to deliver customised and innovative risk management services to our TMF agencies that target both operational risk minimisation and improvement in claims performance. Our Risk Management Model of stakeholder engagement is underpinned by the four central pillars of loss-reduction solutions; communication; legislation and research and performance monitoring and management.

Our Risk Management focus is on establishing effective channels to promote collaborative consultation and communication with each of our agencies. This allows Allianz to deliver better services as we diagnose each agency’s specific risk management needs and design tailored consulting services to meet those needs.

Allianz’s risk management services is built on consistent, sound analytical processes and evidence-based practices to identify, design, implement and evaluate specific loss reduction solutions for each agency.
