2010 Legislative Changes
A number of reforms to the Accident Compensation Act 1985 were passed by the Victorian Parliament in March 2010. The first phase of changes affecting entitlements, liability decisions and benefit payments came into effect 5 April 2010. The second phase of changes affecting return to work and employer premiums came into effect from 1 July 2010.
