You are required to list specific property items for which cover is required. This section covers breakdown (sudden & unforeseen failure which requires immediate repair to enable operation to continue) for computers and other electronic equipment. Examples of such equipment include:

  • Computers used for processing accounts
  • Electronic cash registers and scanning equipment
  • Research and diagnostic equipment; and
  • Audio visual equipment

  • Restoration of data covers costs incurred up to nominated Sum Insured for the purpose of restoring data lost as a result of damage


  • Increased cost of working cover is provided up to nominated sum insured for over and above normal operating expenses. An additional benefit on this option includes external accountant and professional fees incurred to support a claim (up to $10,000 or 10% of any claim, whichever is the lesser)
