Allianz Online Claims


Although the number of new claims being reported from the Christmas Day hailstorm in Melbourne has reduced, we are still experiencing some phone delays on Mondays and Tuesdays as customers return from holidays. We expect this will continue through to the end of January.

Property damage claims: - quotations have been finalised and repairs commenced for many of our customers. If we have been able to make contact with you to this point, please give us a call on 13 1000 so that we can assist you in progressing your claim.

Motor vehicle claims: - Allianz set-up two hail assessment sites near the most affected suburbs and we have already inspected more than 90% of the motor vehicle claims reported to us. We recognise that many customers were visiting family and friends on Christmas Day and actually reside in other areas of Melbourne. From 20 January 2012, both current assessment sites will be closed and we have established eight small sites covering the North, North-West, West and South-Eastern suburbs. We will continue to attempt contact with those customers who have not yet booked their vehicle in for inspection or you can call us on 13 1000 to arrange a booking.

Before you submit a claim
