Terms and Conditions

This insurance is subject to normal underwriting terms and is offered subject to your eligibility for insurance cover. Please note that this offer does not provide automatic insurance cover. Your free building insurance cover begins when the insurance policy is activated and terminates on the date shown in the policy schedule.

• This special offer is available on approval of a home loan and may only be used in conjunction with the purchase of a residential home or residential investment property.
• This offer is available to customers in all states & territories of Australia. Insurable interest rules, regulations & interpretations differ from state to state. Please seek independent advice to ensure that you are adequately covered at the appropriate time.
• The free building insurance cover is subject to you purchasing a 12 month Allianz Home Building Insurance Policy. Your free cover commences when activated and continues until the settlement date quoted at the time. The free building insurance cover is provided up to 90 days or when settlement occurs, whichever occurs first. Note that, once purchased, we cannot extend the expiry date of your free building insurance cover or defer the inception date of your twelve (12) month Allianz Home Insurance Policy.
• The free building insurance cover is not available to Strata Title Properties.
• This free building insurance offer may be withdrawn by Allianz at any time, subject to 30 days prior notice. Such notice to be provided in a newspaper advertisement in The Australian.

In referring you to this insurance, your Broker acts as an agent for Allianz, not as your agent. If you buy Allianz products, your Broker may be paid commission (up to $50 per policy) and/or an agreed amount. It is a share of the premium Allianz charges you and can vary based on the extent of their role and the product portfolio.
