During business hours, 8.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday AEST/AEDT, our Claims Call Centre will lodge your Landlord Insurance claim over the phone.

After Business Hours

After business hours our emergency Landlord Insurance claim service will provide assistance and obtain brief details of your claim. We will then contact you the next business day and complete your claim lodgement by telephone.

To assist us in processing your Landlord Insurance claim, please have to hand your policy number and details of what has happened. A professional Claims Consultant will discuss the loss with you and determine the most appropriate method to expedite your claim.

If we believe that it is necessary for your Landlord Insurance claim to be assessed by a Loss Adjuster we will appoint one of our preferred Loss Adjusters who will be in contact promptly to arrange a convenient time to visit you.
