The typical values* listed do not include any allowance for removal of debris and professional rebuilding fees. Allianz policies include an allowance towards these costs. You should consult the Policy Document (Product Disclosure Statement) for further details of the cover provided when determining your sum insured.
Don’t forget to regularly check the value of your home, especially after making additions like extensions or swimming pools.

The typical replacement costs do not include GST. All Allianz Home Insurance policies cover GST at the time of making a claim, unless you are entitled to an input tax credit.
