Home Insurance Cover Options

Allianz offers a range of home insurance cover options, as outlined below, that can be selected in addition to the standard cover benefits offered under our SureCover Home insurance, SureCover Plus Home insurance and SureCover Gold Home insurance policies.

Personal effects cover

Personal effects cover is only available when you have contents cover. This option provides cover against accidental loss or damage to your personal effects anywhere in Australia all year round, and for up to 35 days in any one period of insurance when overseas.

Domestic workers' compensation (not available in all states and territories of Australia)

Where you employ a domestic worker, we will pay the amount you are liable to pay if they are injured while working for you. We will not pay for workers who are working for you in your own business, trade or profession. The amount we will pay is subject to the relevant workers' compensation legislation for your state.
