Linking to the Allianz website and usage of the Allianz logo

Managers and owners of websites who want to place a link from another website to the Allianz website or wish to use the Allianz logo on their website are required to comply with the below terms and conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. If you wish to complete the registration form, please confirm that you understand and accept the terms and conditions. Once you complete and submit the registration form we will contact you to advise whether you have authority under this agreement to use the Allianz logo and/or link for use on your website. 

Terms and conditions

1. Linking to the Allianz website

All links from your website to the Allianz website must link to the Allianz home page only (URL: http://www.allianz.com.au). Linking directly to any other page of the Allianz website is prohibited without prior written consent from Allianz.

2. Allianz logo

Use of the Allianz logo, made available through this agreement, is restricted to its use for your link to the Allianz website. You may not use or copy the logo (in whole or in part) for any other purpose. You must not use the logo on a feature or design of, or incorporate it in whole or part, in any other logo or graphic.

3. Allianz Logo to be used in exact form

The logo must only be used in the form Allianz has provided it through this agreement, unless subsequently altered by Allianz. You must use the logo in the given shape, size and colour. You must not modify, adjust, redraw, distort, animate or manipulate the Allianz logo in any way.

4. Positioning of the logo and link

Positioning of the Allianz logo and link needs to be in accordance with this agreement and must comply with the following regulations:

4.1	You must not position the logo or link in such a way as to imply that Allianz endorses, sponsors or is related to you, your site or products, or any other content, in any way without prior written consent from Allianz.
4.2	You must not publish any content on your site that criticises Allianz in any way.
4.3	Use of the Allianz logo and link is on condition that your site does not contain any of the following content: Illegal, sexually explicit, pornographic or otherwise offensive material Promotion of gambling, wagering or betting Use of and/or manufacture of illegal drugs or dangerous goods Promotion of harassment or discrimination of any nature Defamatory, abusive, threatening or offensive material

5. Indemnity

For any breach by you, of any matter, of these terms and conditions, you are to indemnify Allianz for any actions, claims, costs, demands, damages or liability that may arise. You are to continue to indemnify Allianz for any ongoing liability.

6. Disclaimer

Any loss or damage caused by or in connection with use of the Allianz logo or link is your responsibility. Allianz accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage caused to your site, system or visitors linking through to our site.

7. Changes to this agreement

Allianz has authority to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at its discretion at any time. If a change is made, we will endeavour to contact you to advise of such changes, but accept no responsibility if you are not informed of these changes.

8. Termination of agreement and/or removal of link and logo

Allianz reserves the right to request removal of your link and the logo at any time at its discretion. Allianz also reserves the right to review your link and use of the logo at any time. You will be notified by Allianz of any failure to comply with this agreement and this must be corrected within seven (7) days of notice. Termination of your use of the logo and link and/or legal proceedings may commence if you fail to comply with notice.
