Life cover premium example:
Based on our standard premium rates for a 35 yr old male, non-smoker applying for $500,000 of Life cover the monthly premium would be $29.45.
Based on our standard premium rates for a 35 yr old female, non-smoker applying for $500,000 of Life cover the monthly premium would be $24.31.
Note – Quotations for the Allianz Life Plan are provisional and are based on our standard premium rates for your age, smoking status and gender. The actual premium applicable may be higher or lower when we assess your individual circumstances.
