Our claims philosophy rests on one principle: to deliver a quality claims experience, through outstanding service and responsiveness to our customers. This means we are looking for the best repairer partners to help us deliver the Allianz experience for our customers.
The Allianz "Managed Repair Process" is industry leading. Repairs are not delayed waiting on quotes, tenders or repair auctions. Allianz customers enjoy a fast and efficient process delivering quality repairs, which includes the following steps:
Repairers need to complete the application form, which contains a number of detailed questions about the repairer’s business, which is to be considered for appointment to the Allianz ‘Approved Repairer Network’.
Applications to become an approved repairer will be assessed based on criteria determined by Allianz, assessed in two stages set out below:
The first stage comprises questions on the initial application form. Applicants who fulfill these criteria to the satisfaction of Allianz will be notified, following which their suitability to become an approved repairer will be further assessed on the basis of the applicant’s ability and willingness to meet the second stage criteria.
The second stage of the selection process requires that applicants answer further detailed questions, combined with a more detailed analysis of the applicant’s business, including a site inspection and interview. If a repairer meets all the criteria and their application is successful, appointment as an Allianz Network Repairer will be subject to the repairer entering into an agreement that will govern the terms and conditions of appointment. A copy of the agreement will be provided to repairers when they are advised that their application has been successful. Repairers will be given a period of not less than fourteen (14) days in which to review and, if they agree, sign the agreement.
