Today, Allianz Australia carries through this tradition by supporting various local organisations.
For only a small amount each fortnight, our employees support charities to find a cure for debilitating diseases, bring joy and laughter to a seriously ill child or assist disadvantaged members of our community.

Assistance Dogs Australia (ADA) trains Labradors and Golden Retrievers to help enhance the quality of life and improve the level of independence for people with physical disabilities. As a result of the ADA program, these highly trained dogs allow recipients to have greater mobility, gain confidence and build their self-esteem.
Puppies are trained through the assistance of volunteer puppy raisers or through innovative programs such as the Work for the Dole program, Dogs for the Dole and the Pups in Prison training programs. Each dog takes a full two years to train at a cost of $20,000 each.
ADA has recently been accredited by Assistance Dogs International, making it the first assistant dog organisation to be accredited in the Southern Hemisphere.
Assistance Dogs bring hope and happiness to those who may have given up on leading an independent and fulfilling life.

Cure Cancer Australia is proudly independent and we remain financially lean, maximising funds raised to unleash brilliant young minds. Only those research and treatment projects that show merit and innovation are considered and all money donated is distributed as grants direct to the researchers to specifically further their work.

Camp Quality holds 150 camps each year through its 13 locations. The majority of these camps are based on recreational experiences like horse riding and abseiling in the summer and skiing in the winter. Each child on camp is assigned a companion – this companion is responsible for the child’s needs whilst on camp and they often foster a friendship throughout the year.

Open Family’s mission is, 'to improve the well-being and self-worth of ‘at-risk’ and alienated Australian youth, through unconditional support, whenever and wherever necessary, with the view to reconnecting them with the community’.
In 2003, Allianz began sponsoring the costs of an Open Family Street Outreach Specialist in the Sydney CBD. Through the Allianz Outreach Staff Community Program this support will continue, allowing this Street Outreach Specialist to maintain their valuable contribution to marginalised youth in Sydney.

With minimal government funding, the RSPCA is dependant upon the community for support to continue its vital work: in operating animal shelters, vet clinics and ambulances, employing inspectors to enforce animal protection laws, as well as running education programs and awareness campaigns.
Each year RSPCA shelters across Australia accept around 135,000 animals in need from the community, while RPSCA Inspectors investigate more than 46,000 complaints of animal cruelty and neglect.
